And If each person performs their duties sincerely and fulfills their responsibilities, no one suffers, and collective progress becomes inevitable.

"THIS IS NOT MY JOB" is perhaps the worst phrase in any workplace or society. It reflects indifference and a lack of responsibility. True professionalism and true patriotism means stepping up when needed, taking ownership beyond the narrow boundaries of your role, and contributing to solutions that benefit your colleagues, organization, and the nation.

Acts like leg pulling, dirty politics, back bitching, favouritism, dominating others, blame game or taking credit for work you haven’t contributed to are not just unprofessional but also are anti patriotic in spirit. When we prioritize personal ego over collective progress, we harm not only our colleagues and organization but also the larger purpose of contributing positively to society and the nation.

Well; One cannot truly excel in their work without a sense of loyalty and commitment to the nation.

True patriotism in the workplace means fostering collaboration, fairness, accountability, and uplifting deserving talents which definitely strengthens both the company and the country in one way or another. Instead of focusing on what others are not capable of, direct your energy toward what you can contribute to resolve the issue. True professionalism is about solutions, not blame, and true patriotism is reflected in taking responsibility for positive change. We create the desired progress for our team, our organization, and ultimately, our nation.

Strive to give your best, supporting in whatever way you can to build our nation. Take pride in being part of the collective efforts considering the nation's benefit always...

Every contribution, no matter how small, in whatever form counts toward the progress of your organization, society, and country. Patriotism and Professionalism are not separate; They merge when we commit wholeheartedly to making a positive impact.

Likewise; Our armed forces guard our nation; You just be the citizen worth fighting for.
